G. Eugene Pichler has announced that the release of the fictional book, Dancing On The Periphery, is scheduled for June 30, 2022. In his fictional book, Dancing On The Periphery, G. Eugene Pichler follows the life of an adult who struggles with sex addiction.

G. Eugene Pichler's writings on the topic of sexual disorders has on occasion occupied the attention of the media shortly after he launched Transgression Publications. Transgression Publications promotes a number of books, opinion editorials and articles that delve into contemporary, medical topics, including behavioral addiction. The site's feature book, The Transsexual Delusion⁙The Men and Women Who Transgress Gender Norms, looks at transsexualism as a behavioral addiction, much like a sex addiction, which is caused by a faulty reward system in the human brain.

In 2007 Emily Mills formerly of the Diversity Programming group of CTV News (and now with the CBC) recognized G Eugene Pichler as an expert in the trans subject matter.
